6 Doors

The Citroën XM EME six-door limousines were developed during the 1990s by Emil Mlakar Engineering (EME), a Slovenian company known for creating official and executive versions of Citroën models. These extended XMs were often used by government officials and diplomatic services, particularly in Europe, where Citroën’s comfort and prestige made them ideal for formal transport. The conversions were carefully engineered, maintaining the XM’s structural integrity while extending the wheelbase by nearly one meter to provide generous legroom and a sense of occasion for rear passengers. Some examples included luxury additions such as privacy partitions, mini-bars, and communication systems. Though produced in very limited numbers, the XM EME 6-door stands today as one of the rarest expressions of Citroën’s high-end design philosophy — blending innovation, comfort, and understated elegance.
