Majesté

The Citroën XM Tissier "Majesté" is a rare, luxurious adaptation of the Citroën XM, created by the French coachbuilder Tissier. Known for its expertise in stretching and modifying Citroën models, Tissier crafted the Majesté as a high-end, extended limousine version of the XM, typically designed for VIP or executive transport. The XM Tissier Majesté stands out due to its impressive length, unique styling, and sophisticated interior, offering a level of comfort and exclusivity far beyond the standard XM model.

With only a few XM Tissier Majestés produced, these models are extremely rare and highly sought after by collectors who appreciate Citroën’s unique engineering and Tissier’s craftsmanship. The Majesté remains a symbol of Citroën’s innovative design approach combined with Tissier’s expertise in transforming Citroën vehicles into unique, specialized editions.

Altesse

The Citroën Tissier Altesse is a rare, stretched limousine version of the Citroën XM, crafted by the specialist car modifier Pierre Tissier. Tissier, known for his unique adaptations of Citroën models, created the Altesse to offer a blend of luxury and individuality. Released in the early 1990s, the Altesse was available in two variants: a short version and a long version. It featured engine options such as a 2.1-liter turbo diesel or a 3.0-liter V6 engine.

The Altesse emphasized comfort and exclusivity, with lavish interiors that could include premium materials like leather and wood, along with advanced equipment for the era, such as car phones, fax machines, and even TVs. However, due to its niche appeal and high cost, only a very limited number were produced—just three units in total. This makes the Altesse a highly sought-after piece for collectors who admire Citroën's innovation and craftsmanship
